IMPORTANT NOTICE: Stonegate Firm, LLC is a “last resort” option for timeshare owners. Always contact your resort first, before contacting Stonegate Firm, LLC. If you are suffering from financial hardship and are no longer able to pay your timeshare fees or simply want to sell your timeshare, call your timeshare company and see if they are willing to take back their timeshare, as many of the timeshare developers have programs designed for those in financial distress or those who simply want to sell. If, however, your timeshare company refuses to help or does not have a program that meets your needs, you can choose to consult with Stonegate Firm, LLC. Not all timeshares may qualify for our services. You must have certain circumstances surrounding your purchase and or ownership of your timeshare. Each timeshare purchase is different and presents different legal challenges and issues, individual client results may vary.
