Dennis Donovan knows what it feels like to sit on the other side of the table. He spent years in litigation and collections, representing creditors and watching how lenders, timeshare developers, and their attorneys pressure people who just want a way out.

Dennis is licensed to practice law in New Jersey (Attorney ID 007742004) and serves as the company’s Chief Legal Officer. Additionally, he is the founder and managing attorney at Stonegate Law, a full-service consumer protection law firm.

When he is not working, you will usually find him somewhere between Canton and Cleveland, Ohio, where he splits his time.

He and his wife are raising three daughters, which keeps the house busy enough before you count the dog, the cat, and the bunny rabbit.

Dennis is active in the local community, where he is the Commissioner of the neighborhood volleyball league, a role he takes very seriously.
